Period of Cover :
OPTION 2 USED VEHICLE PLAN :

Shall commence at date of sale and include applicable Dealer Statutory Warranty as per "Contract to buy a car" and continue for a maximum period of :

12 months - unlimited kilometers.
24 months - unlimited kilometers.

Scope of Warranty - OPTION 2 PLAN

In the event of a Mechanical Breakdown or failure of the components covered by this plan and the parts listed below, we will pay for the cost of repairs or replacement up to and not exceeding the Plan Claim Limit.

COMPONENTS COVERED :

1. ENGINE claim limit up to $1000 per claim*

Engine block (if damaged by a covered component), piston, piston rings, oil pump, crankshaft, main and connecting rod bearings, camshaft, camshaft bearings and gears, cylinder wristpins, balance shaft, balance shaft bearings and internal bushings that are lubricated by oil.

2. TRANSMISSION claim limit up to $1000 per claim*

All internally lubricated components of both manual & automatic transmissions (excluding torque converters, worn bands & clutches).

3. DIFFERENTIAL claim limit up to $1000 per claim*

All internally lubricated components (excluding wheel bearings and axles & worn limited slip clutch assemblies).

4. AIR CONDITIONING (factory fitted) claim limit up to $350 per claim*

Compressor, condenser and evaporator only. (Specifically excluding gas leakages, pipes, hoses, thermostats, receiver dryer & T X valves).

5. BRAKING SYSTEM claim limit up to $350 per claim*

Master cylinder, callipers, wheel cylinders & power booster unit. (Specifically excluding brake-pads & linings, disc rotors).

6. CLUTCH claim limit up to $350 per claim*

Slave and master cylinder only. (Specifically excluding pressure & clutch plate & throw out bearings).

7. COOLING SYSTEM claim limit up to $350 per claim*

Water pump (impeller shaft bearings, bushes), engine cooling fan only.

8. DRIVE SHAFTS, CV JOINTS & UNIVERSAL JOINTS claim limit up to $350 per claim*
(Excluding torn or split CV boots).

9. ELECTRICAL claim limit up to $350 per claim*

Alternator, starter motor and voltage regulator, windscreen wiper motor.

10. ELECTRONIC IGNITION claim limit up to $350 per claim*

This cover only apples to factory-fitted electronic ignition components.
(Excludes service items, ignition leads, distributor cap, rotor buttons).

11. FUEL SYSTEM claim limit up to $350 per claim*

Electric fuel pump and injector pump.

(Specifically excluding fuel filters, fuel injectors & injection service items & fuel lines).

12. STEERING SYSTEM claim limit up to $350 per claim*

Power steering pump, power steering box & rack and pinion.

13. TURBO (factory fitted) claim limit up to $350 per claim*

All internal components including the housing.
* includes GST

All seals and gaskets included only when necessitated in connection with the repair or replacement of components listed above.
Failure means the inability of any covered part(s) to perform the function(s) for which it was designed taking into consideration the age of the vehicle and distance travelled.

Additional Benefits - OPTIONS 2 & 3

TRANSFER OF PLAN:
Upon selling the vehicle you may transfer the plan to the new owner of the vehicle provided that:-

1/ Dealer Network Australia P/L is notified in writing within 7
days of the sale & transfer.

2/ An administration fee of $50 and a copy of a current safety

certificate is forwarded to:

3/ Transfer is not acceptable to a licensed Motor Car Dealer
or
if sold via a Licensed Motor Dealer.

NOTE: Only VALID OPTIONS 2 & 3 plans may be transferred subject to

Dealer Network Australia P/L approval.

9. COPYRIGHT ? DNA 2005

This Warranty does not apply to:

1. Vehicles used in competitions, time trials, racing or rallies.

2. Damage sustained due to collision, fire, flood or deliberate act or damage sustained due to lack of oil or over-heating.

3. Damage as a result of continued operation of the vehicle after a defect has occurred.

4. Damage sustained due to negligence or as a result of failure to carry out the proper maintenance.

5. Damage as a result of modifying the vehicle from the manufacture's specifications.

6. Maintenance items and adjustments due to wear and tear.

7. Consequential loss or damage of any type - i.e. damage to other parts as a result of breakdown or failure of items covered by or not covered by the plan.

8. Any repair or component that is covered by any other warranty, insurance policy or guarantee.

9. Diagnostic and assessment time.

10. Inherent manufacturing faults, including components subject to Recall Campaigns or repairs that may be covered under Manufacturer's policy.

11. Excludes hoses, belts, filters, oils, fluids & gases & any costs involved in retrofitting (upgrading) your vehicle's air-conditioning system, oil & fluid leaks, corrosion & head gaskets. Burnt valves. Oil burning.

All above exclusions apply to Options 1, 2 & 3 plans.

10. COPYRIGHT ? DNA 2005

Service Requirements:

All service and repairs are to be carried out by a licensed mechanical workshop.

The vehicle must be serviced every 6 months or 10,000 kms whichever occurs first to manufacturer's specifications.

Note: Any vehicle which is greater than 10 years of age from date of manufacture, or has covered (travelled) more than 200,000 kms. at date of purchase must have an oil & filter change & safety check every 3 months or 5,000 kms whichever occurs first.

Diesel vehicles must have an oil & filter change every 3 months or 5,000 kms whichever occurs first.

Completed service coupons must be mailed within 7 days to:

Failure to comply with the above conditions will automatically void this plan.

Claims Procedure :

1/ In the event of failure of a component covered under this plan, take your vehicle to a licensed mechanical workshop.

2/ Ask the repairer to contact Claims Department

on 07 3862 9937 or 0418 727 700 with the

following information:

* Plan number

* Current kilometre reading of vehicle

* Damage and estimated cost of repairs

* Current address of vehicle for inspection of vehicle if necessary

The Claims Department will issue a reference number and an order number and authorise repairer to bill the company direct. Claim will be paid within 14 days of receipt of repairer's invoice and completed claim form.

Repairs which are carried out without first contacting the Claims Department as above will constitute an automatic invalidation of the claim.

Notice to Repairer/Owner:

Repairs which are carried out without first contacting the Claims Department will constitute an automatic invalidation of the claim.

Work started or stripped down for inspection without authorisation renders claim null and void. Where sublet repairs or parts are involved a copy of invoice must accompany the repair invoice.

Payment will be made within 14 days of receipt of completed claim form and repairers invoice.
